
It has been three years now that I have been using coordination ladder. It is sports equipment that has helped me the most with improving my coordination and speed of reaction. With its help I've learned how to win a lot of space in minimum time which is very important in sport. Also improving my speed in change of direction is mainly due to ladder work.
As for the tight connection with handball, a lot of help both in defensive and offensive tasks, such as feinting and making pressure. Ladder is forcing players to run on their toes, which certainly gives a huge score in the game. I recommend to all athletes, because they can only get better quality of their movement and reaction.









The ladder has for me been a very useful training tool. I have used it in many different ways and with different intentions. The exercises are so many and the ladder can be one part in a sequence of exercises that make the player to be on his/hers toes for a longer period.
