Coordination ladder is sports equipment that helps improve handball player's footwork. The ladder has for me been a very useful training tool. I have used it in many different ways and with different intentions. The exercises are so many and the ladder can be one part in a sequence of exercises that make the player to be on his/hers toes for a longer period.
